Die Wohnung ist geräumig und es fehlt an nichts. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick und der traumhafte Pool. Und als wenn das nicht schon genug wäre, sind Gianni und seine Familie die nettesten und herzlichsten Gastgeber, bei denen wir jemals Urlaub gemacht haben. Sie sind rührend besorgt um ihre Gäste und haben unseren Aufenthalt in Ospedaletti zu einem unvergeßlichen Erlebnis gemacht. 6 Sterne für Euch drei!! Einziger Wermutstropfen: Wir hatten leider nur eine Woche gebucht - das war natürlich viel zu kurz. ;-)

Wir waren für 2 Wochen bei Gianni und Joelle zu Gast und haben es sehr genossen. Gianni hat einen wunderschönen botanischen Garten und einen tollen Pool mit Meerblick. Wir wurden von ihnen auch mit selbstgebackener "Torta Verde" verwöhnt. Unsere Tochter war auch von seinen Hühnern sehr angetan. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Für unseren Teenager war das Bett jedoch etwas kurz. Wir waren von der Gastfreundschaft der beiden sehr begeistert und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

The host Giovanni and Joelle are very helpful and welcoming. The apartment is part of the host own house, but has a separate entrance and your own private parking area. The apartment has a balcony and a terrace overlooking the Mediterranean. I thought that there were more apartments being rented out - but it is only one - this gives you a lot privacy and the fantastic and large pool area becomes your private space. The area is quiet and very safe. The car is locked behind a gate and it all feels very safe and secure. The apartment is spacious and gives 4 people freedom to relax in our outside without disturbing anybody - true relaxation. Giovanni and Joelle - the host are very helpful and leave you to enjoy a wonderful time in Ospedaletti. I can only highly recommend this apartment: Fantastic hosts Fantastic view Great pool area Safe surroundings Clean and welcoming. Wir haben eine Woche Ende September bei Gianni verbracht. Gianni hat bei unserer Ankunft auf uns mit seinem Wagen gewartet und hat uns den Weg auf den letzten 300 m gezeigt, weil mein NAVI die Hausnummer nicht finden konnte. Im Haus hat er und seine Frau Joelle zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Mineralwasser und seine eigene Torta Verde serviert. Nach einer kurzen Hausbegehung haben sie sich von uns verabschiedet und haben uns das Haus zur Eigennutzung überlassen. Die Aussicht war gigantisch und das Pool, das wir jederzeit nutzen konnten, einfach spitze. Gianni hat uns auch etwas von der Ernte aus seinem Garten vorbei gebracht und mich an einem Vormittag auf eine Radtour mit seinem Rennrad mitgenommen. Es war eine tolle Erfahrung, können das Haus und seine Gastgeber nur empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Gianni und Joelle

Ospedaletti is een prachtig dorpje met goede uitvalswegen naar mooie steden aan de Bloemenriera en Cote D’Azur. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en het zwembad is heerlijk . De eigenaar Gianni is een ware gastheer die je heerlijk laat genieten van zijn kook kunsten en zijn vrouw Joëlle is een fijne gastvrouw. Aanrader voor een rustige vakantie met een fenomenaal uitzicht!!

Wir (meine Tocher 12 J., mein Sohn 15 J. , meine Frau und ich) waren Anfang Juli 2021 bei Gianni Borda (Vermieter) in Ospedaletti. Wir wurden von einem sehr freundlichen und herzlichen "Gianni" empfangen der uns in aller Ruhe die Ferienwohnung/Doppelhaushälfte gezeigt und alles erklärt hat. An der Stelle sei erwähnt, dass wir sehr positiv überrascht wurden, weil alles noch schöner als auf den Fotos war. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und auch in der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Gianni kümmert sich sehr liebe voll und mit voller Leidenschaft um seine Pflanzen und Blumen im Garten - was man deutlich sieht. Mitten drin liegt ein tolle mediterrane Terrasse mit einem wunderschönen großen Infinity-Pool mit einer Salzwasseranlage (ganz leicht, dafür aber ohne Chlor - was sehr angenehm war). Der Pool hat 2 unterschiedliche Tiefen und an der tiefen Seite einen Springbock. Zu dem gibt es einen Kicker (Tischfussball), eine Tischtennisplatte und jede Menge Liegen (inkl. Schattensegel) und eine unbeschreibliche Aussicht. Neben über 30 Jahre alten Agaven und anderen schönen Pflanzen sieht auch vom Pool aus das Meer in ca. 500 bis 700m Entfernung. Die gleiche wundervolle Aussicht kann man auch von der Terrasse vor dem Wohnzimmer und vom Balkon vor dem Elternschlafzimmer aus betrachten. Das Gianni und seine Frau Joelle "nebenan" wohnen und den Pool mit nutzen haben wir eigentlich garnicht bemerkt. Wir hatten sogar den Eindruck, dass sich Gianni da selber etwas zurück genommen hat damit wir unseren Urlaub uneingeschränkt genießen konnten. Wann immer wir Fragen hatten war er für uns da und hat uns Restaurant Empfehlungen gegeben oder uns einen Tisch im Restaurant reserviert. Zur Begrüßung hat er uns eine super leckere Torta Verde (ein deftiger Zuchini Kuchen - eine lokale Spezialität aus Ligurien gebacken) und weil uns die so gut geschmeckt hat gab es die dann auch noch ein weiteres Mal ,-) Ausserdem hat hat er uns mit frischen Kräutern aus seinem Garten versorgt und uns ein Glas selbst gemachtes Pesto geschenkt. Danke für Alles es war wunderschön !

Der Blick auf das Meer und der Pool sind fantastisch. Tatsächlich noch schöner als auf den Fotos! Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und sauber. Zu Fuß zum Ort und Strand ist machbar (ca. 10 min steil bergab). Aber vor allem die Vermieter sind toll. Aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal! PS: Die Feigen waren sehr lecker! The view over the sea and the pool are fantastic. In fact, even more beautiful than in the photos! The apartment is perfectly equipped and clean. It is possible to walk to the village and the beach (approx. 10 minutes steeply downhill). But especially the landlords are great. Attentive, friendly and helpful, we felt very comfortable overall. Thanks again! PS: The figs were delicious!

Een geweldig schoon en fris appartement met een waanzinnig uitzicht. Wij hebben het ontzettend fijn gehad bij Gianni en Joëlle. Zo fijn ontvangen. Er heerst echt een familie sfeer. Wij hebben heerlijk mogen eten bij Gianni en Joelle. In april heeft hij het terras vergroot. Geweldig. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. En wij hebben ontzettend genoten van het zwembad. Ook vanuit het zwembad een geweldig uitzicht over zee. Verder konden wij altijd voor advies bij ze terecht. Samen met Gianni gefietst naar Pina. Wij hebben ons ontzettend goed vermaakt. Uitstapjes naar o.a Nice, Monaco, Dolceaqua. En dan voelde het appartement echt als thuiskomen.

Wir fanden eine gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung vor. Highlight hier ist definitiv der große Salzwasserpool im gepflegten Garten. Die Vermieter Joelle und Gianni sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, aber nie aufdringlich. Wir durften uns im Garten jederzeit mit tollen, sonnengereiften Tomaten, Zucchini, Feigen und diversen Kräutern versorgen. Gianni hat uns die italienische Küche noch näher gebracht und eine torta verde mit uns zusammen gebacken. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Joelle, Gianni, Lorenzo, wir haben Eure Gastfreundschaft sehr genossen!

Unser 1-wöchiger Aufenthalt hätte nicht besser sein können. Wir waren sehr begeistert von der ligurischen Landschaft und unserer Unterkunft in Ospedaletti. Der Ort liegt sehr günstig, so dass man schnell einen Besuch in Sanremo, Imperia oder Nizza unternehmen kann. Außerdem gibt es viele charmante Dörfer in unmittelbarer Nähe. Gianni, Joelle und Lorenzo sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Die herzliche und offene Art der Familie wird uns lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Der Garten mit dem herrlichen Pool stand uns frei zur Verfügung. Gianni hat alle möglichen Gemüse und Obstsorten ins seinem grünen Paradies, die er gerne mit seinen Gästen teilt. Auch wir waren zum Essen eingeladen. Sowohl Gianni als auch Joelle sind ausgezeichnete Köche, die es verstehen, ihren Gästen die italienisch-französische Küche näher zu bringen. Der tägliche Blick auf das türkisblaue Meer und dem wunderschönen Pool sind unschlagbar! Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder.....

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, der Pool mit Blick auf das Meer der Hammer. Da nur noch die Besitzer im Haus wohnen ist es sozusagen ein Privatpool. Es gab ausserdem einen Tischtennistisch und einen Tischfussballtisch. Die Familie ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir erhielten Früchte aus dem Garten und am letzten Abend haben uns Giovanni, Joelle und Lorenzo sogar zum Essen eingeladen. Es war ein sehr gelungenger Urlaub und wir haben uns bei der Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder!!!

Wonderful family holiday with excellent hosts! Gianni and Joelle made us feel very welcome when we arrived & went the extra mile giving the children ride on scooters to play with. The views are amazing. The apartment has everything you could need and they gave us a high chair and cot.The pool is salt water so despite being in it every day our skin felt great. Thank you we had a great time and couldn't recommend your place enough!!
