Osprey Lodging Lake Front Retreat

Welcome to your West Kootenay retreat, where rustic charm meets modern luxury! Nestled on 8 acres of serene lakeside land, this brand-new custom suite was crafted from logs milled and finished right on-site, adding a special touch of nature to your stay.  It’s the perfect mix of comfort and adventure.



The two-bedroom retreat sleeps six, with the master bedroom boasting a high-end king-size bed, plush quality linens, a 55-inch TV, and a cozy fireplace to keep you snug. The second bedroom is just as delightful, offering a high-end queen-size bed, custom bunk beds, a 32-inch TV, and a desk—perfect for work or play.



The living room is your entertainment hub, complete with a 65-inch TV, a second fireplace, a turntable with records for some vintage vibes, a quality sound system, and a Sony PlayStation for endless fun. Whether it’s game night or movie marathons, this space is designed for relaxation and entertainment.



The bathroom is all about luxury, with twin sinks and two shower heads for a spa-like experience. Plus, the suite comes with a washer and dryer, so you can keep your clothes fresh during your stay.



Outdoors, the fully equipped barbecue area awaits your culinary skills. With a grill  and a flat top, you can cook up a storm while soaking in the huge view and fresh mountain air. Afterward, enjoy a soak in the wood-fired hot tub or gather around one of the two fire pits one by the lake for a serene evening under the stars, and one deck side near the suite for a cozy fireside chat.



For fun and convenience there’s kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, diving range , horseshoe pit, walking trails, bocci, volleyball, numerous other games and a pet and pressure washing area for vehicles and bikes after a day of exploring. And yes, it’s pet-friendly, so bring your four-legged pals along!



This lakeside suite is the perfect blend of comfort, fun, and nature, making it your ideal West Kootenay getaway.

First off, the property is beautiful. Surrounded by big trees and lots of space to play and enjoy just being outside. and can't go without mentioning the wonderful flowers and gardening. It truly is quite an oasis.with The lake being right there and away from the busy Okanagan, it's hard to beat a location like this. As far as the accommodations, it was very cozy and very inviting. The hosts thought of everything, every detail was on point and well thought out. Plenty of room for our family of six. It truly felt like a home. Now, all of this would not be as wonderful as it is without the wonderful hosts Shelly and Ross. They were so very welcoming and helpful for anything that came up. Not even just for things to do with the stay, but they are a pleasure to just chat with and get to know one another. We can't say enough good things about Shelly, Ross and the whole experience as a whole. This definitely exceeded our expectations and we all all loved it so much even if it was for only two nights. Our family like to move around and try different places on our summer vacations, but this just may be one of our return destinations.Many thanks to you Ross and Shelly
