“スタッフの皆さんどの方も笑顔で親切素晴らしい対応でした。大浴場、客室、その他施設の清潔さもとても快適で全般贅沢な時間を過ごさせて頂きました。特にオールインクルーシブは短い滞在において支払いを気にせず好きな量を好きなだけ何度でも利用出来るとても魅力的な取り組みだと思います。だだひとつ送迎バスは行きは荷物が積めなくて座席脇に積み上げる事になり大変危険な思いをした事、帰りのバスでは遅延に怒りだしたお客様がいてせっかく過ごした良い時間が台無しになるほど嫌な気持ちになった事、少し残念な感じです。もう少しゆとりのある対応をお考えいただけたら良いかもしれません。”

“This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have ever stayed. The lounge was filled with tasty treats and drinks in the afternoons and outside was a beautiful area with a foot bath. “位置在東口，雖然這邊沒這麼熱鬧，但帶著長輩覺得格外愜意，要去松島的話，這裡離仙石線也很近。附近有很大家的運動用品店（Ishii Sports Yodobashi-Sendai-store）樓上還有loops超市，但注意只開到晚上八點。飯店本身很舒適，有咖啡果汁可以享用，晚上還有提供宵夜，服務人員態度都很親切！我們是三人住一間，覺得很剛好不會擠。”
