“I had great expectations for this stay since I’ve been to Wengen several times and I looked forward to stay at this hotel, that I value as the best there.
It was a short stay to ski, so I arrived and I departed late. The reception closes at 16.00 so I found my room key waiting for me with a nice note and that’s it. After 16.00 there’s also no service to and from the station: a minor issue.
I felt really unwelcome without a human contact with the reception: I can understand that at a “cheap”...

“Due to a flight delay, we arrived at the hotel later than planned, but the staff were very flexible and accommodating, which we truly appreciated.
At the restaurant, we enjoyed beautifully presented dishes and excellent drinks.
The staff were incredibly friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Japanese sake served in Switzerland.
It’s a shame that we were dealing with jet lag during our stay — we would love to come back again and spend more time here.”

“We love staying here, everything is so lovely and clean. The mountain view from the room was outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic, we really enjoyed it. We visited the Umami restaurant located inside the hotel, and the food was terrific. The bus station is located in front of the hotel, making it very convenient. If you prefer, walking to restaurants and stores takes around 20 minutes. You will enjoy the view”
