“The check-in was a little confusing with the digital locks, but the staff talked me through it easily. It was nice to be able to text an actual person. I will definitely be back there. It’s the perfect location and still very quiet.”

“Amy catered to our every need. Even cleared our breakfast dishes. Also helped with dining recommendations. Continental breakfast was enough to eat and presented well. However got a little boring after 3 days so Amy stopped and got us donuts. Rooms were clean and the Nicole was spacious. The outdoor oasis with pool and hot tub was heaven. ”

The room was clean, well stocked and roomy for 4 adults and one teen. I would have liked the pool to be opened at least an hour later, closes at 9 pm. The pool was perfect to relax, great for the small kids not for swimming. The wind was cold, warmed up next to a fire pit. “The ceiling shower head did not work, the phone shower kept falling off, we kind of had to lay it against the shower wall so it would stay in please. The bathroom glass sliding door kept opening by itself. The staff used to be very friendly, now they seem a little too serious, like bored or in a bad mood, not all of them but some. The bartender always has a great attitude, no issues there. Other than that everything was good.”

“Hotel Lindo is "bueno Lindo, indeed" but not suitable for everyone. -If you come during the day to stay in a ground floor unit you'll have zero issues and you're certain to enjoy the property and management. - Unless you're able to be confirmed for a ground floor unit, however, be prepared to climb stairs as there is no elevator. - Late arrivals aren't going to experience a perfect check-in. “First of all, I just wanted to mention that the place was very unclean. There was bugs on the bed next to me and stains on the sheets. We were so tired because we drove up there to pick up our daughter from college and didn’t have the energy to complain. I would love to have my money back if possible since we were only there for a few hours.”
