The Space:

You rent the entire penthouse. No shared spaces with other guests or an owner. Lift to the sixth floor.

Open-plan living with large windows onto a ~60 m² terrace and city rooftop views. Fully equipped open kitchen (induction, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Lattissima. bring your own capsules). Extra fridge in the storage room. Modern bathroom with walk-in shower.



Bed linen, towels, shampoo and body soap are provided. Beds made up on arrival. Smart TV with Chromecast. Outdoor seating on the terrace.



No cot or high chair on site. Terrace step ~20 cm: not wheelchair accessible.



Ostend centre: walking distance to sea, station and Wapenplein. Casino Kursaal on the promenade.



Approximate distances:

• Beach / promenade: about 10–15 min walk

• Wapenplein / centre: a few minutes on foot

• Ostend station: about 10–15 min walk

• Parking Zeedijk: nearby underground option



Parking: no reserved private spot. Paid street parking or Parking Zeedijk (Kapucijnenstraat 58).



Guest Access:

Exclusive use of the entire penthouse, terrace and (when provided) basement bike storage for up to two bikes.



Self check-in via lockbox at the letterbox. Guesty guest app for details, EUR 300 card hold and lockbox access. Return the key to the lockbox by check-out.



The Neighborhood:

Heart of Ostend: shops, restaurants, Vistrapje and a short walk to the promenade. City energy downstairs, your own terrace upstairs.



Getting Around:

Sixth floor with lift. Beach and station within walking distance. Coastal tram and buses nearby. No private parking; Parking Zeedijk is a practical alternative.



Other Things to Note:

A security deposit of €300 applies to this stay. A few days before arrival we place a temporary hold (pre-authorisation) on your card; nothing is charged. The hold is kept for up to 5 days after check-out and then released automatically if there is no damage; for longer stays the hold may be renewed.

Via the Guesty guest app we ask for card details. A EUR 300 hold is placed on your card, in line with your booking platform's policy. No charge is taken if everything is in order after check-out. The hold is then released.

Waste: on the ground floor, go straight ahead to the right of the lift. There you will find a door to the waste room. Keep glass separate.
