Our ground-floor apartment in Urspringen, near the Rhön, is the perfect place for you and your family. Modern, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a stress-free vacation. Here you can relax, enjoy nature, and—if you’d like—work in complete comfort.

Sleep & Relax
In two bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds (180x200 cm), you’ll sleep like you’re in a hotel. The rooms can be completely darkened so your child can sleep peacefully too. We provide a crib for your baby. If you’re planning a “workation,” you’ll find a fully equipped workspace with high-speed internet and an ergonomic desk chair so you can work comfortably and stay focused.

Cooking & Dining
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for cooking and baking. Basic supplies such as coffee, tea, milk, and sugar are provided. From the dining table, you can enjoy a view of the old linden tree or the spring that flows directly from the mountain. We’re happy to provide a high chair for your toddler.

Bath & Personal Care
Look forward to a spacious shower (90x160 cm) and high-quality Rituals products for moments of relaxation. There’s plenty of storage space and inspiring home decor magazines for your time away.

Family Comfort
So you don’t have to worry about a thing, a washing machine, dryer, and iron are provided. You can safely store strollers and bicycles, and conveniently charge e-bikes overnight.

In the summer, the apartment stays pleasantly cool; in the fall and winter, we heat it in advance. You can adjust the temperature individually in each room. For stays longer than two weeks, we provide a complimentary mid-stay cleaning.

Special Extra
Our wine rack offers Palatinate wines, just like a hotel minibar. Upon request, we’ll remove the wine before your arrival if you’re traveling with a toddler. We’d also be happy to ship wine to your home as a vacation souvenir.
