“Fint och välstädat rum för tre personer. Fina och välstädade toaletter och duschar. De allmänna utrymmena, korridorer utanför rummen och trapphus något sämre städade men i gott skick. Bra frukostbuffé som uppskattades av oss alla! Mycket serviceminded personal som alla hade ett trevligt bemötande.”

“Overall a great stay, it was clean and comfortable. Shared bathrooms were decent and private. Included breakfast was also great and had a large variety of options. Parking was convenient but a bit difficult to get big bags up from basement as no there was no elevator and direct connection with lobby. However it was cheap and as the name implies on the higher end. Would recommend and would stay all there again.”

“Trevligt bemötande av samtliga personal, receptionen, frukosten, lokalvårdarna och i baren. Rummet var toppen rymligt och fint städat när jag kom, valde att inte ha städning övriga dagar jag var där (sön-ons). Mycket sköna sängar bra med flera kuddar. Frukost buffén mycket att välja på och vällagat. Även om det är mycket folk till frukosten så är det en lugn upplevelse.”

“Använde mig inte av städning under vistelsen, men välstädat när vi kom. Däremot fungerade inte TV:n. Ljud och kanalerna fungerade inte. Ville kunna se på nyheterna. Frukosten väldigt bra.”

“Fortfarande ett fantastiskt hotell med fantastisk personal på tå. Historik, atmosfär och med grundaren Bickys ande svävande iform av ett inramat porträtt av honom på receptionsdisken. Plus för äkta dagstidningar till frukosten, minus för att det ingenstans informeras att restaurangen är stängd söndagar. "Det står på hemsidan" svarar receptionen som förklaring.... Ännu värre att enda öppna matstället på hotellet, italiensk Paolo -avvisar både oss och andra hotellgäster trots många lediga bord....
