“The room was amazing! Staff was very nice and brought us welcoming snacks as well as a drink of our choice to our room after we got settled in! I would gladly come and stay again! The breakfast was excellent and a welcoming chef to come out and take our order. Even though there was issues with some of thier kitchen equipment they were able to accommodate us and work around the issues they were having with ease! Thank you so much for having us stay at the beautiful property!”

“We had to wait an agonizing 45 minutes just to check in to the hotel, only to find that our room wasn't even ready yet. It wasn't until we expressed our dissatisfaction that the staff—wearing visibly unhappy expressions—finally handed us the keys to our room. Consequently, just five minutes later, we checked out and left. It truly turned out to be an unpleasant and unlucky day.”

“On the bay, decor is beautiful, staff is friendly. We had a great time arching movies, dialing in the tub and enjoying exploring the nearby towns.”

“The property was easy to find and I felt very welcomed as I checked in, I got offered a fresh cookie and cold beverage. Check in was easy, she also gave me a map showing exactly where our room was located. The room was clean, comfortable and the view was amazing. I definitely appreciated the slippers and robe as well!”

“Checked Friday afternoon. We had a SPA ROOM. Property is clean, cute and all. Everything is great until Saturday morning. No hot water, ice cold. Tried calling the office, just a recording, closed until 10 am. Go back to our unit. Found some ladies working in the laundry area, told them. They had someone look into it. Called office again after 10am, keep getting a recording. Go back to the office, a teenage young man sitting at the check in desk. He couldn’t do anything. Asked for the manager....

“Beautiful gem that we discovered on accident Super quiet and comfortable”

“It wasnt we were expecting, it did not match picrtures online; it was rundown and was a repurposed single wide trailer. Check in was at 4 but it was not ready til 5:30 because they were unaware we had reserved it. The lake is beautiful but for the price and the place, go down the road a few miles and stay somewhere else.”

“The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick on check in / check out. The kitchen was fully equipped, which we really appreciated. Beach access was super close. It was quiet overnight too! The only thing I'd recommend is to bring your own pillow, unless you like the memory foam ones. All the pillows were memory foam. We will be back next time we plan a trip to Rockaway! ”

“Cozy clean beach front cabin. Location was perfect. Corner room beach view was totally worth it - huge bay windows on almost all sides, kitchen has what u need to prepare your own food (sadly we didnt get to since it was a very quick trip). Wish we had time to stay longer. Manager was welcoming (thank you for the tip on the beach bonfire - made this trip memorable for my kids). Note: this is a bit further from the haystacks but the view of them was still great and we sure got our steps in!”
