“We booked this place for college graduation weekend at nearby Potsdam. Everything closer to Potsdam was already booked and priced astronomically. We booked in December for May, so well in advance. Exactly 1 week before check-in day I received a phone call from the hotel letting me know that the kitchen was undergoing a renovation and only continental breakfast was served. Bummer, because we were counting on included hot breakfast. No discount was offered, I was actually told that I could cancel...

“Rented two rooms both bathroom needed to be cleaned. I requested that they get clean before we come back. Someone did go in a wipe them down but it was not great.”

“In una paesino nell’estremo nord dello stato di New York, si trova questa struttura molto particolare perché ricavata in una ex scuola. Le stanze sono ricavate in quelle che un tempo erano le aule, sono grandissime e arredate in modo originale. Grande ospitalità di Jim, che ringrazio per avere acconsentito ad un check-in in tarda serata. La colazione preparata da Donna è ottima. Da provare.”

“The room was a little small. And I reserved a room with 2 beds, but I got a room with a bed and a pullout couch.”

“My room was clean and had a beautiful view of the river. It was spacious and the motel is in a great location.”

The fresh brew grind coffee is ideal but takes time to brew each cup. unfortunately the elevator and pool were out of commission. we stayed on the first floor so the out of service elevator did not concern us. I The room was a good size. I was happy with the place and would stay there again.”
