    Cone's Cottage - Enjoy your vacation in this spacious 2 bedroom apartment in peaceful country setting. Located on second floor above a garage, separate from owner/ host home across the yard. Guest enjoy a very large yard for pick-up game. A fire pit gives you the opportunity to enjoy family campfires under the stars.

    The open floor plan combines living, dining and kitchen areas. Enjoy all of the modern conveniences of home, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. This unit is in immaculate condition. In addition to two separate queen bedrooms, the owner provides a folding cot for extra sleeping.

Excellent location & homey stay

11 minutes to ASV on a quiet, peaceful home to wind down after an adventurous week of baseball. Comfy beds and couches. It was the perfect space to make meals surrounded by family. Memories captured:)

Cone’s Cottage was clean and quiet, convenient to CASV for our son’s tournament. In unit washer and dryer were convenient, hosts were friendly and responsive! Wish we had more time to enjoy the fire pit and grill! Highly recommend, we would definitely book again if we were ever in the area!

Relaxing and Convenient

Our stay was wonderful! It was close enough to get to All Star Village quickly and take breaks during the day for us and our 9 year old daughter. The drive to and from the rental allowed us enjoy the NY countryside, just be ready for winding roads. The land around the rental was perfect for our daughter to practice softball and shoot some basketball hoops. The space was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed.

Amazing stay

This is my 2nd time staying at the cone’s cottage my family and I love it, The 1st time we visit it was a pleasure meeting with the cone’s family they’re amazing people the place is wonderful same as the pictures, clean cozy really relaxing atmosphere with great views when 🦌 are crossing the yard beautiful rabbit 🐇 jumping out and the most gorgeous bears 🐻 crossing the road my kids love to come here they really enjoyed this is the reason why we came back here and will return soon

Great Experience!

We booked Cone’s Cottage for week 5. The place was about 13-15 minutes from All Star Village. It was a perfect location and had all the amenities needed. I really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer! Also, the bbq grill and access to a large yard was a huge perk! I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay close to All Star Village.

Amazing place

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage has all you need for the week. It is a quick, beautiful 12 minute drive to ASV. The kitchen is fully stocked and the washer/dryer comes in very handy! Kathy and James are incredibly nice and hospitable.

Fantastic stay!

We had a great stay at Cone’s Cottage while our son played at All Star Village. It was very peaceful and super clean. We enjoyed the space and the ability to do laundry while away from home. And we were very thankful for the air conditioner. We loved the scenery to and from the cottage.

Clean & Quiet

Cone's Cottage was outstanding. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room for myself and three other family members. My youngest wants to stay here again when we come back in 2025 for his turn at Cooperstown. Thank you to Kathy for being so responsive and hospitable!

Couldn’t be better

The whole family loved the backyard in the woods. Any downtime from the tournament was spent on the trampoline or around the fire pit. The beds were comfy, air blew super cold and having a washer and dryer was a game changer for traveling all the way from Cali. The hosts are amazing!! If we get to come back, we’re looking for this place first.

Fantastic Cottage!!

Our family stayed at Cone's Cottage in August for a Cooperstown trip and it was fantastic! The cottage is clean, big, has a nice outside area, and is only 12 minutes to All Star Village. Kathy and James were great hosts and always were there to answer any questions or to give suggestions. This cottage is perfect for a family to rent in a nice, quiet location. Thank you Kathy and James, your cottage will always be a part of our memory of Cooperstown.

The Cone Cottage was a scenic 10 minute drive to a beautiful relaxing home away from home.

The Cone Cottage was a perfect home for our family during the Cooperstown tournament. The drive to the cottage was absolutely beautiful. Having access to a washer and dryer and an ice chest was great. We were able to explore the outside and play catch in the yard. The bunnies, deer and wildlife are a plus.

Highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Cone’s Cottages was amazing. It is a big open space with lots of room and plenty of privacy with the two bedrooms. The internet worked great the whole time we were there and coupled with the smart TV I was able to watch(cast) my 6 year old’s alll star games back in California. Our hosts were always available whenever we needed anything and also left you alone to enjoy your stay. The scenery on the property was second to none boasting a lake and daily animal visitors walking through the yard. I would highly recommend this place and its hosts and will be staying here in 6 years when my little one comes to play in Cooperstown.

Cozy, Clean Accommodations

This was a great place to stay for my husband and I and our teenage son. About 15 mins from Allstar Village. Quiet and quaint, in the beautiful hills of Oneonta. I loved how CLEAN it was. A very well cared for place. They certainly pay attention to details, which I appreciate. Only issue we had was that we were not able to make outgoing calls on our cell phones. The Wifi connection was great, but only allowed us to text to communicate with people. Would highly recommend! Wish we had another younger son that still could come back and play and we would def stay here again.

Amazing Experience to Cap off an Amazing Week of Baseball!

My family and I were incredibly fortunate to find Cone's Cottage when searching for places to stay while my son was playing baseball at All Star Village. This cottage was everything that we could ever ask for and more; it was incredibly clean, it was super comfortable, its location was phenomenal (only 10 mins away from All Star Village, 35 mins away from downtown Cooperstown), it had all of the amenities that you could ask for (full kitchen, washer/dryer, fire pit outside, etc.) and two very sweet owners that checked in with us to make sure that our stay was going smoothly. Its size, location, and full kitchen were a huge plus as we were able to save hundreds of dollars by coming back to the Cottage to eat lunch or dinner in between games, and never had to worry about being late to the ball fields. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that is planning on going to All Star Village in the near future!

Perfect FOR ASV

The cottage is extremly clean and cute (looks brand new). It was perfect for our trip to ASV and was much more affordable with a full kitchen. The Cones were super responsive and and very accommodating. The Cottage is in the woods and gives you that country feel- However, it was only 6 miles to ASV and was really close to get to the early and late games. We wish we had more time to enjoy the fire pit and yard- The baseball schedule was super busy and we were hardly at the cottage. Thank you again for being so accommodating and sharing your beautiful cottage.
