Hotel vicino a Otford Heritage Centre - Sevenoaks

“Room was clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable Sash cord was broken on window and one of the lights in the bathroom needed a replacement bulb. Tv=V reception was appalling I suggested that there was a notice warning occupants that the tap into the basin should be turned on slowly to avoid a torrent of water hitting clothes”

“Perfect one night get away. We had a throughly awesome stay in this beautiful hotel. We didn’t have dinner here as had plans in westerham but the super staff were so helpful and attentive when we arrived and ensured us we would be able to get into the hotel even if the restaurant door was closed. We returned from our evening in westerham to the door being closed but a rear door accessing the hotel part of the building. A quiet relaxing sleep in our suite was perfect end to our evening....

“Good size room, very comfy bed. Staff friendly but somewhat convoluted online check in. Water pressure was low but sufficient. Sadly no breakfast on offer currently as place is being refurbished. But in spite of the issues, I will be back when I'm in the area and see what it's like after the refurb is complete.”

“our room was dirty and lacked all the amenities that were listed in the booking page. we didn’t care about not having a dryer or an iron (since we were only staying for 5 days) but we didn’t even have a hairdryer !!! we asked the staff to get us one multiple times but we got pretty much ignored since we never got it. it wasn’t even possible to check in at a different time even if they had it as an option in their booking page and even sent us an email asking us about our arrival time to adjust...

“L"hotel molto antico e poco manutenzionato, il sabato è la domenica nn c"e nessuno ti dicono che se serve qualcosa di chiedere al pub ma. In realtà nn sanno nulla.. Io avevo bisogno dell"asciugacapelli(assente in camera) ho dovuto aspettare lunedi per averlo, la camera carina e caratteristica ma poco pulita... I cucchiaini e le mug del tè erano luridi, il cibo ottimo, la colazione abbondante ma poca scelta sia per chi nn vuole fare la tipica inglese sia per i bambini. ”
