Very comfortable, nicely decorated oasis in the woods! Lovely space for cooking and indoor or outdoor dining. Loved being so close to Jacob’s Pillow Dance Center. The property manager wasvery helpful when needed. Must be lovely also in winter!

Great family spot

A beautiful setting in the woods with privacy. Easy drive to Butternut for skiing. We had 2 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of space to enjoy our weekend getaway!

Just a little weekend getaway.

My wife and I were looking for a nice little getaway within reasonable driving distance and came across this great property. As soon as we saw the big windows in the living room we were sold. Definitely getting added to our short list of places to go back to.

Thanksgiving get-away

The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful, providing us with hiking ideas, questions regarding the house and suggesting best shopping spots for incidentals. The living room was cozy, seating five comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked so cooking a Thanksgiving meal was a pleasure. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Tranquil Getaway

My family (husband plus two children ages 4 and 9) had a perfect getaway. The home was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we could have asked for - especially since the rainy weather kept us nestled inside. We hope to be back again!

Hiking and relaxing!

We made great meals and enjoyed them on the deck. Hiked Otis Forest (very buggy and sadly, many trees are blighted.) Fabulous hike at Greylock! House is a comfortable space.

A Nice Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed the foliage and some nice hikes. House was comfortable and clean. Owner was responsive and helpful. We arrived at night and had trouble locating the property when our gps failed. Owner was helpful guiding us to the house. I suggest arriving in the light of day.

Quiet seclusion

Very nice spot that is off the beaten track but still easy to get to Lee, Stockbridge, etc. While it is not a newer property, it is well maintained and was very clean overall. A few minor suggestions - new bath towels would be a nice touch and a fire pit outside with a few chairs would also add quite a bit. And the owner was very responsive and helpful.

Berkshire cabin stay

Very nice cabin. Clean. Lots of windows. Nice deck. Kitchen was well supplied with what one needs to make and share a meal. We visited for a Tanglewood music weekend but took in some hikes and other activities in/near Beckett. A bit of a drive from lenox but still a very nice option and would stay here again. You're surrounded by trees, short stretch of gravel to reach driveway.

Excellent rental especially for Jacob's Pillow

This is my second summer renting this house. It's great. Beautiful home, lots of light, in the woods, very comfortable. Our first year we had a rainy Sunday and it was fun to just hang out in. Very clean. The rental contact person was very responsive to a question we had. Five minutes from Jacob's Pillow. Lenox/Lee/Stockbridge are all just a quick drive away. Very quiet rural setting. A deer visited us this year, early on Sunday morning. Love this place.
