“The rooms were fully equipped and the breakfast was gorgeous with no fatty bacon! They also serve home made marmalade , lovely. The beds were comfortable, water and milk provided and left in the fridge, in the room! Beautiful garden to sit in and the staff were lovely. I would definitely stay there again !!”

“Overall the stay at 315 Bar and Restaurant was outstanding. The room was decorated to a high standard and the bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet and had everything you will need. On site parking is free. Food menu is excellent and a very high standard. View around the hotel amazing. ”

“I liked the Way it was decorated, in the theme of a log cabin (I really like log cabins ) AND the grounds are Really well looked after. Because I've just started looking after some grounds about the same size. Maybe a wee bit bigger. ”

“It was perfect, the pale coloured carpet was a bit of a pain we had to leave shoes and slippers down in the hall which was not convenient and also no clocks anywhere. Parking was easy and handy, and the situation of the property was lovely right by the river and a very short walk into Otley. Overall the property is great.”

“I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The place was clean, the bed was super comfy and the shower pressure was excellent. Parking was super convenient and view in the mornign was lovely. I also covered my hotel room on my YouTube channel.”

“Welcome drink on arrival... Still waiting for it! Raised issues with staff that were handled professionally but could have easily been avoided. Buffet style breakfast with choice of additional cooked to order dishes and continental options 5*. The surroundings were breathtaking. Would recommend as peaceful retreat for all to stay and enjoy local area with much to see and do. 10/10 to cocktail maker Alex.”

“Love these older style hotels. There has clearly been recent refurbishment and the reception and staircase look great and in keeping with su a property. The standard room we stayed in was basic and if older style but very clean. Everything worked as expected and we had a great sleep. As there is no on site restaurant the foyer and downstairs area lack a bit of ambience and I would suggest some music be played to make it a bit more welcoming Location on quiet street in centre of town only a 5...

"Sicuramente è un hotel molto carino con un buon serviIo e personale gentile. Molto complicato il parcheggio che non è nell hotel sebbene si siano attrezzati in modo da assicurarti il posto auto in un parcheggio affianco. Le camere non sono grandissime ma hanno l essenziale così come la colazione - molto misera rispetto ai soliti Marriott però comunque buon cibo. "
