Guest house a Otley

“Had a lovely weekend here. This hotel was perfect. Nice and quiet but lively enough to provide a pleasant ambiance without ever being noisy or overbearing. Staff throughout were lovely and the food is very good. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to get away and relax.”

“Friendly staff, room in need of some decoration, no shampoo, noisy area until 4am”

“Good location, but some things could be improved We stayed at the hotel and overall had a mixed experience. The location is very good—it’s not far from the city centre and also not far from the train station, which was very convenient. The first room we were given had a double bed, which was fine as I was staying with my daughter. However, the shared shower was not working properly and there was no hot water. Thankfully, Joan was very helpful when we contacted her and arranged for us to move...

“La struttura è molto pulita e confortevole e vicinissima al centro città L'unico appunto che posso fare è che non è stato possibile pagare con Carta di credito”

“Kind and helpful staff do everything to make your stay enjoyable. Beautiful garden behind the property. Excellent breakfast.”

“Excellent customer service, very clean rooms, super comfy bed and pillows. My room was facing the main road and it wasn't even an issue. I'm a very light sleeper and I had two nights of 8 hours sleep. Would happily stay here again”
