“Incorrectly booked another hotel for the wrong night. Cora took us in last minute and was gracious to all of us, even making up a second bed last minute and bringing milk for evening tea. The kids enjoyed the large projection screen and the swingset outside. We couldn't get enough of the view and the beautiful decor. Very well kept and loved by the owner. “This is a nice, older, inexpensive motel on Highway 7 just outside Peterborough. The owner/manager was pleasant and helpful. The room was large and clean; the beds were comfortable; the bathroom, although small, was spotless. I find no fault with this motel if you are looking for a pleasant, inexpensive stay. Although on Highway 7, I didn't find any road noise interfering with my sleep. ”
