“Elevator was broken, broken damaged items in the room”

“Vibrant colors and comfortable lounge area with breakfast was nice. Free parking was excellent and easy to access. Room was mostly clean but shampoo/conditioner had not been refilled before my stay and were not refilled on my cleaning day. Staff were somewhat helpful but not as helpful as they could have been, especially regarding the snacks for purchase when they were not willing to point to something I was looking for even though I asked and instead let me find it myself.”

“Perfect stay”

“Honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The amenities were really disappointing. The pool was filthy and the “fitness center” was basically just 2 old machines that barely worked. The room also was not clean at all. There were hairs in the bathtub, dirt by the entrance to the room, marks all over the sheets, and dust everywhere. The whole hotel smelled strongly like paint the entire time we stayed there which was awful. The staff/owner was extremely rude too. We had a...

“This is my favorite hotel to stay at once a week for work. Super clean. The staff is so nice and helpful. They accommodate my too floor request and frequent requests to check out late when possible.!”

“Everything worked except the lighters”

“Took over two hrs just to get in our room after check in I missed out on time with my family waiting for Maitance to fix the door. They also where allowing people to run wild through the hotel Staff was very rude as well”

“My fourth stay at the Kalamazoo House didn't disappoint. As always, Amy is a delight and the breakfasts are a great start to a day. The room was in excellent condition and everything worked as expected. Can't wait to have an excuse to come back.”
