“Clean, and friendly staff”

“Shower was only semi-functional. Not nearly enough towels. Sink handle broke. Flat sheets pulled off bed during night. A/C was super loud, while bathroom fan was nonexistent. Good/ room sufficiently dark and bed comfortable.”

“I checked out two days early due to repeated cleanliness and maintenance issues that were not adequately addressed. My biggest concern was the bedding. I was moved between three rooms after finding visibly stained bedding and/or hair on the beds. Similar problems existed in all three, and I ultimately had to choose the room where the staining appeared least severe. “This appears this was once a quite nice place. It needs renewal. Lounge furniture is worn. We change rooms twice. First room , the toilet leaked around the floor. Second room water soaked the rug around the AC. They upgraded us to a suite, which was quite nice, and the rest of the stay went well. The bar and Bistro were adequate,”
