“Nice hotel. Immaculately clean. Enclosed 4 minute walk to airport. Would definitely stay at this hotel again when catching an early morning flight.”

“The staff was not very helpful. Kind of acted like they were doing you a favor when you asked for something. The room service experience was the worst I’ve had in my 30 years of traveling had to get transferred 5 times to get no where with my ordering. Went down stairs and had to put my order in with the front desk staff, then they called us and told us that we had to order via the QR Code. Sorry, but that is totally horrible”

“Renovated smaller Hotel and super clean room. We were amazed. The Hotel is in a very quiet area with plenty of parking. No elevator due to the small size of Hotel. Check -in clerk was not very welcoming. Suggestion: A warm hello and a smile go a long way especially when working at the Reception desk. Check-out clerk was amazing. Would definitely stay here again when in the Gatineau/Ottawa area.”

“Our room was super clean. The breakfast area was beautifully laid out so clean with the breakfast ladies making sure all spills were cleaned up immediately . This was my second day at this hotel, and again I would stay here again”

“L'intérieur des chambres est vieillot. Les oreillers sont trop petits, trop mous, donc inconfortables. Par contre, le lit est très confortable. En conclusion, ce n'est pas un bon rapport qualité-prix.”
