“This property was a ghost hotel. No staff. We had a broken heater that was so uncomfortable. The dial was on 40 but heat was still coming off the baseboard. No breakfast like the reservation said. No ac. It was a big room and had a nice view of the ocean but also had windows outside that needed cleaning. Dogs barking. I guess it’s under construction. We had to check in at Elizabeth’s hotel. Parking was under the hotel which is nice and elevator was helpful.”

“The grounds were absolutely beautiful and maintained well. At first glance, the room looked amazing, but the bathroom was not nearly as clean as it could have been. The toilet seat was not very clean, the caulking was poorly and dirty underneath, but the rest of the room was clean. There was a screaming child that woke me up at 8am. “Our room was alright. The front desk staff was kind. The shower pressure was great, but the shower head pipe wasn't caulked and moved around like crazy when moving the angle of the shower head and there was a slight leak that im sure went down the inside of the tiled wall it came out of. You could see they had done a quick and not great renovation (poor paint coats on some areas and not on others, room had a smell, walls needed to be wiped down, bottom of bathroom tile had light mold growth...
