“This place goes downhill every single year. We stay with a group for Christmas for the last 15 years. Wallpaper is peeling, you are charged for a “resort fee” but the pools aren’t even always working. Dining is subpar. Rooms are very dated and getting worse every year. I think it’s time for our family to move on from thumper pond. ”

“Very new hotel, furnishings in room were tasteful and lovely. Aveda amenities in the bathroom is a first for this frequent traveler. Room was very spacious, large bathroom counter , sofa and bench for suitcases. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I have stayed at this facility before and I am always please with how accommodating they are, how friendly the staff is and the rooms are clean, comfortable and they seem to always go a little over and above to make my stay better whether it is upgrading my room if they can, allowing me to check in a little bit early so I don't have to sit and wait in my car, and allowing for late checkouts at last minute or in one case having to book an extra night due to a snow storm.
