“We had a fantastic stay at this quirky and beautiful hotel. Even though we had booked the petite double room it didn't disappoint. As hotel rooms go it wasn't small. Beautifully decorated with beautiful ornate furniture and very comfy bed. Tea , coffee and water replenished every day. The breakfast and food in the restaurant was excellent. Staff were excellent, lovely and friendly. We would definitely go back.

“A joy to stay with Elena and her team. A cosy property with more of a guest house vibe than a full-service hotel experience - but all the more enjoyable for that.
The castle has a great gastro-pub just a 3-minute walk away in the village.
Lovely cooked breakfast in the hotel,
Ideal for a short stopover or to explore the area. Perfectly quiet and easily accessible by car or taxi from Newcastle airport.
If you want to escape the formality of modern travel and. slow down a bit... Otterburn...
