“I paid Expedia in advance and had a receipt. On arrival I was told the booking was not paid in advance despite me showing them my receipt they insisted that I must pay them …. Again. They spent ages consulting paper file and then charged me to a credit card on file. Upon checking I do not recognise the card number. This took over 20 minutes at check in. Very poor given I had proof of payment. I have no idea if I’ve been charged twice. ”

“La struttura offre camere comode e pulite e anche la colazione ha una buona scelta di cibo. Abbiamo anche usufruito della bella piscina e sauna disponibili. Anche la posizione tranquilla ma a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Ausburg l'abbiamo molto apprezzata. ”
