“Signage needs fixing. Drove by hotel and spent 15 mins in circles in a housing area near hotel driveway. Big sign was out of view up in the air 50 ft or more. Good for highway visability, bad at eye level trying to find hotel which was located out of sight after turning onto Sky road. Bad experience.”

“I never made it to breakfast until the last day & there were only remnants. I saw chocolate hostess cakes & some of what was left of cereal in the containers. Beds were comfortable, staff was nice but our bathroom light over mirror flickered or never worked & the test/reset buttons never kicked in for the hairdryer to work. This was much more affordable than staying up the mountain in Franklin or Highlands, but the light/hairdryer made it hard to get ready. No towel replacement on our 2nd night....

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The property has been newly renovated with a modern, stylish design that made the entire resort feel fresh and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four.
The check-in process was quick and easy. We also really enjoyed the amenities, especially the hot tub and spa, which made our stay even more relaxing after days of hiking. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing...

“It didn't look like much from the outside, but our room was surprisingly clean. Unfortunately, it was VERY noisy with high amounts of traffic going right by the room. There were extremely bright lights right outside the door that made it look like daylight even at night. I have a really hard time sleeping with noise and light. The A/C had a very loud ROAR every time it turned on. However, the straw that broke the camel's back was the "continental" breakfast that was offered. The coffee...
