“Je viens de passer trois jours à l’Hôtel Rio à Ouidah et le séjour a été tout simplement extraordinaire. L’hôtel est calme, confortable et très agréable. Les lits sont particulièrement confortables, ce qui garantit un excellent repos. Le personnel mérite une mention spéciale : accueillant, disponible, souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. “I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank.
