“The hotel is just above the main bus station. Lots of bus with engine on for hours. In addition they suffer blackouts and have a suoer noisy generator. Internet very slow. Poor breakfast”

“They need to stepped up the buffet breakfast to more varieties of international cuisine. There’s very less options and seems like the food tastes needs more quality checking in advanced. There’s very less breakfast options very limited and repeated in a weeks time. The quality is not quite to what we(from outside the country) is accustomed to in a hotel foods normally served in international hotels. They need considerably place at least labels of what the foods are made of considering...

“Great location, a short walk to night market and Burnham Park. Set up is similar to an airbnb, so amenities are limited. Towels provided were clean but a bit old and worn, and you will need to bring or purchase your own toilet paper as only one is provided. Great value for your money, place is clean and sufficient for a family stay. It is not luxury stay but is clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for the location and price.”

“Clean room and hallway. The food was okay. Nothing special and I think it is kinda overpriced compared to outside restaurants. The staffs are very polite and some are shy. I do want to address an issue because I sent a message to their messenger during the stay but no response at all.”

“Where do I begin?? Check in process was seamless and very simple, ‘cause the staff was ready for us. Hotel location, does not have any noticeable signage in the front, so you really have to look for entrance! At Check-in we asked about some extra towels for the room, and was advised there is a fee !!!😬 Next, the room, was clean and neat, but super dated!! Like from 1980. Walking in, it all appears well, but hit the fan switch, and you immediately hear the sound of a wobbling spinning noise...

“The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was decent enough. The location was too bad either. Walkable to Burnham park and even the SM mall, if you're a walking person. A bit challenging to get a taxi as it's very popular in Baguio. The room was okay. Clean but very poorly maintained. A lot of things needing upgrading. The shower couldn't even drain properly. Some of the clean towels had stains on them. Overall, just lucky we had a place to stay. Ion hotel used to be...

“Decent hotel, however many details can be improved, such as the window curtain that lets a lot of light come in since early morning. The bedside table doesnt have an electric socket. Even worse all electric sockets are far away from the bed, so you cannot charge your mobile phone, and there is no lamp close to the bed. Dont think order a pizza at the bar, chose something else And try to avoid the rooms at 7th floor, since the noisy restaurant is just above”
