“I wanted to love this hotel, but the experience didn't come close to justifying the price. The rooms are extremely small, and having a Murphy bed means there's barely any usable space beyond sleeping. For boutique hotel rates, the accommodations felt cramped and underwhelming. The walls are also incredibly thin. Despite quiet hours being posted throughout the property, they don't seem to be enforced. You can easily hear neighboring conversations and, unfortunately, even hear toilets being used...

We paid for a Panasonic suite which was nice- but they gave us a low floor so the panorama was really the dumpster and a building site- but further out you could see the ocean… room was nice and big - the AC units are old are noisy so along with the general noise in the area, didn’t sleep so well, but I’m a light sleeper so maybe that’s on me. Super dog friendly which was lovely and had a great time at the pool cabana. Will go back but likely specify which floor we would like to be...

“Ottima posizione tra spiaggia di asbury park ed ocean groove. Ottimo per vicinanza allo Stone Pony e Wonder Bar (se si vuole vedere qualche spettacolo). Camere spaziose, ma un po' datate. Personale abbastanza cordiale. Va bene per una notte o due, se si vuole trascorrere più tempo ad Asbury forse opterei per altre strutture.”

“Poor AC in the room. It's June and 85 degrees at night and the room is hotter. We had been in the sun on the beach at the Stone Pony. AC needs were strong. Didn't reach all the way to the bed, just to the couch. Locks don't auto close and secure. You are responsible for making sure your hotel room door and patio door. I understand the no smoking but on the balcony is outside. Meh. Their rules. Linen was partially dirty and stained upon arrival. Cereal, toast, bagels, and coffee for breakfast....

“Being honest, i didn't except too much because i already know Asbury, the Jersey Shore and their accomodations and prices... The location, yes, it's the best you can find, because there aren't so many other options... And my good comment is for the housekeeping stuff: working hard -i guess- doing their best: thanks. In the large room: no kettle to warm up water or make your own coffee.....They offer coffee at the reception: but only till 11.00, it doesn't matter if the hotel is full for the...

“We love the convenience of being close to beach and town and also Asbury Park. The place is very clean, well maintained and rooms are cozy. The staff are friendly and helpful and we love the breakfast. The bathroom was spotless , nice towels and bed linens spotless. Room smelled good and clean. We’ve stayed here many times 🌊☀️🏖️🐚⛱️⛱️⛱️”

“They lost my reservation information, so I had to both text and email my Expedia booking twice. There was a system error the day before I was supposed to be there . They did not send me the code or check in information until a half hour before I arrived; I had to call several times. When I did get in the room, no one had cleaned it. There were pizza boxes, wet towels, and unmade beds. I called the hotline again and they moved me to the Motel 6 next door. I had to pay out of pocket for that new...
