Personale eccezionale sempre disponibile, cordiale e sorridente. Unico punto da migliorare (o forse no, data la poca presenza di turisti) la colazione per noi occidentali, solo cibi orientali unico punto dolce pancarré e marmellata”

“In pieno centro a meno di cinque minuti dalla stazione degli autubus per l'aeroporto e per i traghetti a Muara raggiungibili in circa un'ora di bus. Quasi di fronte a Kampong Ayer e vicino ad un modesto centro commerciale. Se dovessi tornare nel Brunei sicuramente mi fermerei ancora qua.”

“The check in was a breeze as we arrived super late and no one was in the front desk.
They made sure tho that the code for the door was there and we could get in easily. The communication they provided was so clear that we didn’t have any dramas at all.”

“Location of hotel is not bad but room is kinda dark... lighting is not so good. Curtains are not blackout type so not suitable for sleeping in. Need to be careful when requesting for extra services such as extra towels, they charge if you request for an extra towel... there is a list of items that they will charge you for so better to read the list before you start requesting for the items. ”

“The rooms are quite clean. friendly staffs. They've helped me and gave me useful information. There are a big supermarket, restaurants and coffee café are near the hotel. It's a bit far from the the attractions but it's suitable for the guests who want to stay the quiet place. But it's not a big problem because I used the Dart (the application like Grab or Uber) to go anywhere. It's very convenient. ”
