“The person at check-in was too busy looking at their phone to acknowledge us. We finally had to ask if we needed to call the number listed on the back of the computer for help. Then gave us a hard time about checking in early when it was already 3:00, not crowded, and rooms available. Also asked if there were places to sit outside and he said no when both floors have chairs outside to look at the sights. Also outside needs some attention with dead plants or overgrown plants. He was not...

“Fake fig tree was completely covered in dust, cobwebs on ceilings, dead bugs in light switch Could not sit in chairs by lake there was too much junk, high grass in the way. Gas tanks not secure on outside appliances. Coffee was in jug that had been used by others , so was sugar. When people were upstairs there was a lot of noise, scraping furniture”

“The hotel was beautiful. The stay was great, but the cleanliness of the rooms were terrible. There was red hair all on the walls in the bath tub that do not belong to us. We do not have red hair! Super gross. The previous family that stayed left behind a pink container with a bunch of snacks in containers. How long was that there for I don’t know I could not believe it. I don’t think my room was cleaned and checked before my families stay.”

“Friendly, kind and welcoming hosts. We left two jackets and they offered to post them on to us. Nice breakfast and comfortable room. Perfect location. A two minute walk from the centre. ”
