“The apartment is nice but since this is NOT a hotel there is no front desk and you need to tell in advance what time are you arriving so they will be there. If you arrive earlier, even if it is after the check in, you can't enter./ I was with my family waiting in the curb for someone to open de apartment.”

“Our stay in Batalha could have started out poorly as William notified us the night before our arrival that our reservation had not recorded properly, and there was no availability for our first night. He quickly made the situation right by finding us a great hotel in town for the first night. Olive Hill is as nice as it looks in the photos, and clearly William is cut out for his second career in hospitality. We’d definitely stay there again.”
