Welcome to the Pays Morcenais region, just 20 minutes from Mont-de-Marsan and the Arjuzanx National Nature Reserve, in the small village of Ousse-Suzan, a haven of peace nestled between cultural and natural heritage. You'll enjoy a preserved natural environment with vast pine forests. You'll love strolling through the woods along the "Sources Trail" on its many marked paths, sharing festive moments, and discovering our local cuisine. The Arjuzanx site, 15 minutes away, offers a supervised beach and numerous water sports, including paddleboarding and pedal boating, as well as walking or cycling around the lake via two lovely routes. The Lou Barado house, where you'll be staying, is a fully furnished, single-story home built entirely of wood: frame and wood fiber insulation, a true haven of peace in the heart of the forest. This bioclimatic house promises a relaxing stay in a place steeped in tradition. Nestled on a wooded plot of approximately 2800 m², the house offers: • A bright living room with French doors opening onto the garden and terraces. • A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 5-burner gas hob, 2 electric ovens, and microwave. Central island with stools. • A dining area, lounge with sofa and TV corner, Wi-Fi connection, and pellet stove. • The hallway leads to the sleeping area and bathroom. • Two bedrooms: one with a single bed (90x200 cm), one with a double bed (160x200 cm), and one with two single beds (90x200 cm). • A bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, and heated towel rail. • A separate toilet. • A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. You will appreciate the two terraces, one of which is covered and furnished with garden furniture and a plancha grill, overlooking the wooded surroundings. An electric vehicle charging station and a carport for one vehicle are available. Pellet stove heating (€5/bag) and radiators in the bedrooms. Baby equipment available.
