“What happen to Customer Service!! I mean he did put me in a different room. But, he was very rude about it. Sorry, I interrupted your time on your cell phone! The people down from me were super loud. Dude at the front desk tells me, they're on vacation, well, I am too!! The room was clean, bed was comfy! The hotel needs lots of work!! My family helped build that hotel years ago!!”

“There was no check in at the lodge, we had to drive to the casino and check in and drive back to the lodge. No fridge or microwave without an additional charge. Room was pretty generic.”

“Amazing place!!! Extremely clean rooms and property. Hosts could not have been more friendly. Avoid the high prices of Sedona and stay at this property a quick 20 minutes outside of Sedona. Perfect spot if what you need is a place to sleep at night. Would definitely come back without hesitation. ”

“The unit is new, clean and honestly pretty spacious! But the only downside is the internet is painfully slow even when paying for it, i was needing to do some work while staying here and had to go offsite to get any decent connection. Otherwise this place is great”
