“Beautiful room, tastefully decorated, relaxing, every need catered for all in a spacious, historic setting. A very warm welcome by the owner, nothing was too much trouble. We will not be staying anywhere else in Charters Towers.”

“Excellent place to stay, close pubs and restaurants. Some parts of the bathroom were a little bit dirty and could do with an extra clean but other than that I will be back!”

“Staff were friendly. Communication was excellent. Bed and lounge need to be updated. Lounge is sunken in the middle and the bed felt like one side had broken slats.
We stay at Monterey often and this was the worst nights sleep we have ever had.”
