“I arrived at 1pm and it state check in to Cabins was 2pm. As I walked in the lady behind counter was not friendly at all and just say "check in is at 2pm and say come back" More important all cabins was already cleaned as we asked the lady that was cleaning a cabin so no delay there. we have travelled 1200km and that service was appalling. Most places would have let us in unless there was still issues with the cabin. We then came back at 2:45pm and office door was locked. Must say never seen...
