“We enjoyed our stay at this motel. The room was newly remodeled, spotless and comfortable. The manager was friendly, helpful and went out of his way to ensure that we a pleasant experience. Having convenient on-site parking was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

“This hotel is a charming landmark, renovated old hotel in a location that is very convenient to eighth Street and Golden Gate Park. It is well appointed, with clean, comfortable rooms and has a period charm. The staff is very accommodating. There is a dining room where a better than average breakfast is available every morning and you can bring your own food and eat there. It is very pleasant and well lit. The breakfast are generous and there are snacks available all day. I highly recommend it.”

“First off the place has limited parking. First come first serve. Don’t park in the corner spot or you will get blocked in and can’t get out. Three stories and not Handicap friendly. Rooms are large and come with a tv, internet, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Room was clean but could use some attention to detail. Meaning clean baseboards and food on wall. “The absolute best bed & breakfast in San Francisco! Cleanest rooms, friendliest and most attentive staff, great location, most delicious breakfasts and snacks/baked goodies throughout the day. Our son graduated from USF this past Saturday and we’ve consistently stayed here. On our next trip to S.F., just to visit and explore more we’ll stay there again!”

“Walking in the first thing I notice was the rooms were extremely small. No biggie. But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult....
