Motel a Overland Park

“This property is not kept up well. It looked to be clean but not maintained well. Our sink barely worked. The toilet seat was not on good. If you are ONLY looking for a place to sleep, then it may be ok.”

“No fridge or microwave. The room was not ready after our check in. We were surprised when we opened the door to see the room a mess. The receptionists are not friendly. Made me think that they don’t like their job.”

“Staff and customer service were amazing. There is nothing they can do about the people hanging around. We saw people coming in through a gate in the back area right next to where we would have been staying. That, along with people sitting on the stairwells, made us a bit uncomfortable. We were traveling with children, if it was just us two adults it would have been okay. We were able to get a refund and that was an easy process. “I did not like this hotel. It was so dirty no towels. It was a couple towels. It was really dirty. There was no heat that was not working. Just spawn AC. The light says dirty had gum, light switch, and stuff and not recommend this.”

“My bathtub was still dirty. The toilet barely flushed and I didn't have any light bulbs in my lamp. It did get taken care of. I think house keeping should check those things ”
