“The room didn’t seem very clean. It smelled like smoke that had been covered up, even though it’s a non smoking room. That ambiance made it feel icky. The air conditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable though!”

Old, overwashed sheets that were so thin & rough from way too old, same with the towels, stained also.
Pillows were like the ones you give yur dogs to lie on after years of use, beyond nasty & flat. None of the pillows had pillow cases, just beyond nasty covers.

“What a nightmare!!!
If it wasn't late, my husband and I would go to another hotel. We we walked in the lobby so of speak, the staff was caged behind a bullet proof like room. He rolled a draw out to take my ID and credit card. He said a $50 deposit is required in case we damage the room. What a joke. There is nothing possible that we will take or damage in the room. There was a small fee associated with that $50 deposit. When we walked to our room, there were people sitting outside of the room...

“My queen room was perfect! Tho it was rainy, the grounds and pool looked very nice, well kept. The staff were excellent!! So nice and accommodating. My husband was admitted at KU Med Center so my stay was day to day. They were so kind and helpful. I didn’t sample the breakfast. Parking was plentiful.
Overall, very satisfied!!”
