A lovely place where you can spend a few unforgettable days in our beautiful city or explore the rest of the province, taking advantage of the excellent transportation links—by car, the beach is just 20 minutes away. Covadonga is 1 hour and 15 minutes away.
A very quiet area almost in the city center but with excellent access and exit routes. Ample free parking is available, with access for vehicles up to 1.90 m in height. The entrance is 100 meters from the building.
All necessary amenities are in the area: supermarkets, a bus stop right in front of the building, a pharmacy, a gas station, banks, a tobacco shop, bars, and cider houses.
Getting Around the Area
Oviedo is a relatively small city, so thanks to our location, you can easily walk to any part of the city. However, we’re located right across from a bus stop on a line that runs through all of Oviedo, so public transportation connections are excellent.
