Mother/Daughter Trip
While the overall experience staying at this property was a good one, there were several instances that were very difficult. For starters, the manager never contacted us with information about checking in. I had to ask him several times how to check-in at the property and even resorted to calling VRBO to try to get some information. When we finally received the information that we needed, we did know how to access the actual condo. We stood outside of the room for a very long time trying many different combinations of codes because we simply didn’t know how to get in. During the trip, the manager continued to attempt to contact me many times. They say that they like to give their tenants “privacy”, but I didn’t feel like our privacy was honored.
