3 bedroom (5 beds), 2 full bathroom house with a yard. Outdoor dining area with a grill and fire pit.
Half mile from Legion Park, a 22 acre space with playground, picnic shelters, basketball & tennis courts.2.9 miles from the Owensboro Riverfront with Smothers park named "Top playground in the World", stunning fountains, restaurants, shopping and depending on the time of year activities and concerts. Also located riverfront is the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum.
Guests will have access to entire house with keypad entry, front and back yards. Detached garage is for owners personal storage.

Room in the yard for pitching and catching. Perfect for families traveling for ball games to practice.

This house was perfect for our one night stay. It had enough room for our family and even our dog. We went to a game at the college so it was perfectly located to get us there and back with no issues. Only complaint i had was the hot water in the master bathroom didnt get much above luke warm. Otherwise everything else was great!

The house was perfect for us. It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We were also very impressed with the incredibly simple checkout instructions, which was a welcomed change from many other vacation properties. Perfect for what we needed. My dog loved the back yard! The bed was a bit uncomfortable as it sinks in the middle a bit. One of the showers had no hot water so we just used the other one. Not a big deal. Couch was comfy and we enjoyed hanging out in the living room. Very cozy! Kitchen fully stocked! Check in easy and a cute little neighborhood! Would stay again.

Kentucky family reunion

Property was very good. I only have two very minor comments. Apparently the water heater was set conservatively since the shower water temperature was a bit cooler than I would have liked. The property requested the dish washer be run upon checkout, but I couldn't find any dishwasher detergent pods. (I ran it anyway and left a note about no pods.) Overall, very good and I would certainly stay there again.

Nice family home in quiet neighborhood

Very nice and roomy the family really enjoyed the fenced in backyard. The kitchen has all the dishes you need and some condiments especially coffee... I loved it had washer and dryer... Close to parks and river... I'd definitely rent again...

Owensboro Stay

Myself and a coworker stayed with his dog at the property while in town for a show at the convention center. The property is even more spacious than in the pictures and everything was labeled which I appreciated. Great backyard with a fire pit - didn’t have the time to use it but it would definitely be something that I would have if I wasn’t having to work. The property owner was great about communicating and helped us get in even though we were late getting there on a Sunday!

Spring stay

I have a 2 almost 3 year old and this house was perfect!! Backs up to a school with a nice play ground, back yard is big and great for kids and there’s another big park down the street. The area is very nice and I felt super comfortable! Would highly recommend this property!

Cute and comfortable

We had a wonderful stay at this cute house in Owensboro. We always enjoy so many beautiful parks and the yummy barbecue. This house was the best equipped with towels of any VRBO we have seen. The fenced in back yard is superior! Even beagle proof! The house is clean, comfortable, and as advertised! We hope it’s available the next time we visit Owensboro.

Perfect for a working vacation.

We were in town for an event at the Bluegrass Hall of Fame and this was perfect for our 5 night stay. Very clean, spacious rooms for a small house. The flooring and furnishings were pet friendly with the fenced back yard a bonus! It was a quick drive the the downtown hot spots and very close to a lovely walking path in Legion Park. Would highly recommend.
