3. Garage fee of 40.00 per week if you want to use the garage during the stay. Only small or midsize cars will fit. The house has free onsite parking.

5. `Guests Stays longer than 14 days are subject to a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $100.00 every 14 days.
