“The room was very clean and the property was quiet even though near a busy street. Our stay was short, 3 days, but next time we will be able to stay longer.”

“The property and room were clean, beds comfortable, desk staff were super friendly and helpful, great location. The pool closed at 9 pm which seemed too early. We didn't get to use the hot tub because we arrived too late. Parking is a challenge due to the odd layout and no rear exit. We would stay again.”

“It's a nice hotel. Unfortunately, it's on a busy thoroughfare, and below a hill behind which is a freeway. This prevented me from experiencing the quiet of the forest atmosphere for which the area is known. The coffee service in the dining area was splendid. I had cappuccino from a versatile machine and it was good. There was also four juices, including orange juice. There were many coffee sweeteners. Not so in my room. There were two Sweet 'N Lows, several packets of white sugar, and one...

“A very nice, clean, well-kept property. The young man at the desk was friendly and helpful. They allowed me to park my car that morning before checking in that evening. Saved me the hassle of finding parking in the Boardwalk area. I loved the location; close enough to walk to the Boardwalk but away from the traffic congested area. The room was very clean and made up nicely. Will gladly stay there again.”

“We had gone to Santa Cruz for the day and decided to spend the night and we chose this hotel last second and it was a great option. It came with. I believe free parking and breakfast included. Everything was amazing. No complaints. The parking seemed a little bit of an issue however it wasn’t the people there were so helpful. They guided us for the park and it kinda looks like it’s going to be unsafe area. However everything was amazing. Nothing intimidating of the location.”
