“We were in Oxford for a college visit the hotel was adorable beds were comfortable staff was helpful and kind”

“when I arrived to my room and check my bed, the sheets were stained, and I called downstairs to let the front desk know, and the later replied that they did not have housekeeping that she will bring me some sheets up there to change my bed myself.”

“Had to change rooms 2x’d because first room air was not working and refrigerator wasn’t either went to the second room it smelled like mildew and the lights wasn’t working 4 room air stop blowing cold Saturday night but I said oh well was tired of moving at that point just overall uncomfortable stay”
