Comfortable, Convenient and Well Appointed 3B/3.5BA

This fabulous townhome is located in Fleur de Lis approximately 1 mile from campus and Swayze Field and minutes to the Square. The main level features the living room, kitchen and dining area, half bath, laundry, Master BR with king bed and full bath and access to a gated private patio with a grill. The upstairs level includes a loft area and 2 BR with a queen bed in one and 2 Bunk Beds in the other. Each bunk has a full bed down and twin bed up in addition to a twin trundle. All bedrooms have full private baths and spacious closets. This end unit features 3 private parking spots and a comfortable outdoor furniture set on the back patio. Tastefully decorated w/ custom artwork. Comfortable beds and select complimentary amenities included. Extra linens and blankets are available if you want to throw down a couple of additional air mattresses. Come enjoy Oxford with family and friends.

Great location and great amenities. Walked to the game at just a mile. The Grove is just beyond that. Close to downtown and what Oxford has to offer.

Went for a game, we have 4 boys, 1 is a freshman, rented to have a place big enough for our family and the boys to bring friends. Perfect! Clean, cleat communication, good location Would stay again

This was a great place to stay with family. We had plenty of room to spread out and the downstairs bedroom was far away enough from the kid’s room upstairs that we all slept peacefully. Very clean, thoughtful touches throughout. Recommend!

Loved this condo. I was familiar with Oxford so I already knew the location was prime. The condo was furnished and equipped incredibly. It was so fabulous that I would love to buy it for myself! Money well spend for a great family wedding weekend.

Awesome location. 2 miles from football stadium/grove. Place is very nice and has a back porch to sit on and is private. You can pay to park right before 278/6 on the left for $30 and it’s a 15 minute walk to the grove. Highly recommend this place! The square is approx a 7-10 minute drive as well.

We were in town for the Ole Miss Baseball camp. This townhouse was perfect for our 3 boys and the 3 moms. It was a bonus to have a pool to enjoy after a long hot day at the fields. I would recommend this place for anyone coming to Oxford. It is only 6 mins to Swazye field.

This was an excellent rental. The condo is beautiful, clean, very spacious and it felt like home. We really enjoyed the patio area. The hosts were extremely accessible and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.
