Cozy condo minutes from town surrounded by serene, quiet land next to Sardis Lake. Enjoy our fire pit, daily fresh farm eggs, tree deck, beautiful sunsets, lots of hiking and kayaks at your disposal - while still being only minutes from all the excitement of Oxford. Kitchenette with all the amenities. Only 9 miles from the Ole Miss campus.

Located near that sanctuary that is Sardis lake, our cozy condo provides peace and tranquility in the forest while still being only minutes from everything the city of Oxford has to offer. While you’re here enjoy the natural beauty of Sardis Lake. With its 98,000 acres there is always a spot to boat, hunt, fish, or hike.

Our condo has a private entrance, a double bed with luxurious European bedding and a sleeper sofa that easily pulls out. You’ll enjoyed our fully stocked kitchenette, fresh farm eggs and private bathroom.

Located on the three acre property is also the Coop @ 182 where a variety of chicken breeds live their best life laying eggs of every color you can imagine (blue, green, pink, gray, olive, chocolate and more).

The unique tree deck in the sky is the perfect spot for your morning coffee or to see the sun set (unless you walk down to the lake for another terrific sunset view).

Relax in the net hammock or let your inner child lounge in the big swing.

The garden comes to life at night with lights and magic everywhere. Take in the fern garden by the tee pee or the wild flower pollinator area right next to it. Unique drift wood and other eclectic pieces can be found in the most surprising spots and the best view can be found from the garden sitting area by the fire pit.

The place was just as described and fit my needs perfectly. It offers a mostly quiet and peaceful evening after returning from whatever you're doing downtown. I would have loved to have had a way to have brought the fresh eggs home with me.

Perfect getaway spot

I was looking for a weekend getaway to relax, meditate and step away from it all, and this place was ideal. It's an apartment under the main house on several acres with its own private entrance and was very cozy. The treehouse was great for sitting and relaxing, and the place is just down the road from Sardis Lake and close to good mountain bike trails. The hosts also left farm fresh eggs which were delicious. The only sounds I heard were the wind blowing through the trees and the occasional rooster crow in the morning. A great place for a relaxing getaway.
