“The house and setting were very lovely for our family get together. However, the description of the sleeping areas were super misleading, leaving us in a very awkward position when our three families arrived. Additionally, the one bathroom in the main house does not lock and does not have any partition between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, which was also challenging to navigate with 10 people. While the kitchen was stocked fine, the can opener didn’t work, there was no Saran wrap or...

“Was lied to about the rate. When I made to reservation the rate was $179. When I checked out it was $196 and did not have incidentals. Questioned the representative and she had no idea how to correct and absolutely did not care to correct. Furthermore she informed me I would need to obtain my receipt from Experian. After I challenged her she mysteriously emailed the receipt. Stayed at this property 3 or 4 weeks ago with absolutely no problems. My daughter moved to the area 6 months ago and...

“Very special place”

“The hotel seemed relatively new. It was a tiny bit out from the main city, but still right off 40 & there were several eating choices. The reception area was nice; they had snacks, drinks, wine, & beer you could purchase. We did have to pay $5 per day to park, though. The room was very nice & roomy. They even had 2 COMPLEMENTARY waters, something that is very unusual. The breakfast was phenomenal! It was quite a large spread. We travel up this way quite often, so I decided we will stay here...
