“I chose this particular hotel because it had an indoor pool. Upon our arrival, we noted a sign on the pool door stating that the pool was closed. When I inquired about when the pool would be opened (I was there for 10 days), they stated "we have no idea, we are waiting on the state." The pool was closed for the duration of our trip.
Upon entering our room on a Monday evening, I noted the typical "do not disturb" door hanger on our door and left it for us to sleep in in the morning. I...
