Hotty Toddy Condo

This spacious 3-bedroom/3-bath condo is conveniently located just off Highway 6 in Oxford. This location is very convenient for accessing Jackson Avenue and the Ole Miss campus. The condo is located in the quiet, gated community of Highpointe Condominiums with three numbered parking spaces allocated to our guests at 1501. Highpointe also features a refreshing pool area for guests. It is located on the second floor with a private entry to an enclosed stairwell. Unit 1501 is the perfect place for a gameday weekend with a large kitchen and designated dining area. The spacious living area has a fold-out couch (queen size) and fold-out loveseat (twin size) to accommodate more guests. Two bedrooms featuring queen beds, each of which have adjoining full bathrooms, are on the main floor. The top floor of the condo features a king sized bed and a full bathroom as well. All bedrooms have ceilings fans, and all bathrooms are equipped with hand soap, towels, and washcloths. The balcony just off the dining area is the perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning. This unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee bar station. Unit 1501 is perfect for a large family gathering to visit your student or to split with a few friends for a gameday, girls' weekend, or just a fun visit to Oxford.

Condo was perfect for my family. Plenty of room and well appointed. The condo is very clean and in a great location for getting downtown and to campus. Kim is an awesome host and checked in with us several times. I will be back for sure.

Our family came to town for a soccer tournament. Kim was great at communicating and accommodated our requests. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! The condo was spacious, clean, and a safe community!

From the time I made my initial inquiry until we closed out and left our state, this property was nothing short of perfect. Graduation weekend

This is an a absolute perfect place to rent for an event weekend. It is close to everything yet the condo was quiet and a great place to rest. It’s very spacious and fully stocked. The owners are great and check in was easy! I highly recommend this rental.

Spacious, Convenient, Safe & Clean

Wish there were 10 STARS available to rate this property! We can't say enough GREAT things about this property and the owners. This gated property was perfect for families or small groups. It is conveniently located to dining, shopping, Ole Miss and all that Oxford has to offer. Accessibility and parking were perfect with 3 assigned parking spots and extra if needed. Bedrooms are large and very well divided with spacious closets and their own bathrooms. There were plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, etc. with no need to bring extra. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean and stocked. The spacious kitchen was fully equipped to handle cooking for the entire house. We cooked several meals using the appliances with no problems. Dining and living room are open so we never felt cramped and were able to all eat together. Wifi signal was great without any delay. Central heat/air kept us comfortable all weekend. TV offers all streaming options with your login as well as provided channels. Fold out couches were easy and clean with plenty of sheets and pillows for them as well. The owners were such a pleasure to work with. They were always available and beyond helpful. They gave great suggestions of local dining and not only made sure we had all we needed but left coffee, snacks, waters, etc. for us as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again when we are back in the area. A+ Property!

Perfect Location

Wonderful location to Ole Miss, easy access to and from University. It was clean and the host was communicative and helpful when needed. We loved our stay! It was comfortable and quiet! We hope we left a good impression too and hope to be back next year!
