Located on a peaceful street, just a one-two minute stroll to the local shop, community pub, beautiful CS Lewis Nature Reserve and bus stop, taking you to the historic Oxford city centre and famous college grounds.

10 min walk to Park & Ride with 24/7 busses to London and airports. JR Hospital - 1 min walk to bus stop. Other hospitals and Brookes Campus are a short drive away.

- JR Hospital can be reached by the numer 14 bus (1 min walk). All hospitals
and Brookes Campus are a short 5-10 min drive away.

SELF CHECK IN
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.

Please note: You will be charged £100.00 for lost keys, broken keys and call outs, so please be careful with them. A charge will also be applied if guests check themselves in early or check out late without permission as this will cause disruption to our cleaner’s schedule. Please do not forget to place the keys back in the key safe on your departure or this will also result in a charge.

CLEANING/ LINEN
The property will be cleaned and prepared with linen and towels for your arrival. Mid-stay cleans are not included, but please get in touch if you would like to pay to book a clean or fresh linen and towels during your stay.

We will also provide a limited amount of consumables (toilet roll, travel size shampoo/conditioner etc.) to kick-start your stay and can recommend a local store where you can easily purchase more when you are settled in.

SMART TV
Does not have access to regular/ Freeview channels. Only on-demand apps available. You will need to use your own login details to access the on-demand apps such as Netflix and Prime.

Additional rules
- No parties or extra guests
- Please respect the neighbours by keeping the noise down and no noise after 10pm
- No shoes inside
- When leaving the property please make sure you lock the front door
- If a guest locks themselves out of the property OR they do not place keys in the lockbox at checkout, a £50 fee will apply
- If a guest loses or breaks a set of keys, a £100 fee will apply
- Please make sure rubbish instructions are followed correctly, including using correct bin bags and taking outside in time for rubbish collection day
- Kitchen - please wash up after yourself

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. Did not have heat for nearly half of the stay. Comforters were stained and plates and utensils were not fully clean. When I asked for another blanket given that there was no heat, was told to go buy one.
