Would definitely stay here again. Great location. If you're in Oxford for the campus and the square, you can park your car for the weekend and easily walk to both. Great value compared to other listings in the area -- IMHO it's not worth double the price or more just to be in the square vs a 10-minute walk. Plus being in the square proper puts you further from campus. This property is right in the middle of the two.Even though it is a triplex and there were tenants in the other units, we couldn't tell they were there other than their cars, so the house is well insulated for sound. The air conditioner works great, which is especially welcome early in the football season.Communication/check-in/etc. all professional and seamless. Everything you need. Easy 5-star rec.

Great location!! Walkable to Campus and the square. Plenty of room. Also very good communication. We didn’t need anything, but they made sure to check in just in case. Highly recommend.

Loved the property. The artwork was so fun! My only suggestion would be to add a bag of ice and some waters for the guests. We would have purchased and brought our own had we realized that these things were not available.
