Yes, that’s a deer. And another. And probably eight more. You can see 10+ deer a day (babies included!) in our tree-lined, park-like backyard. It’s basically your own nature show, minus the subscription fee.

Fully stocked kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, Electric Kettle, bottled water + a stocked coffee/Hot Chocolate/Tea bar*** Please note there is no kitchen sink or stove- but with all the great restaurants in town, we are sure you won’t miss it! **Door Dash/Uber Eats are a click away**

Driveway Parking- You have the left side of our double driveway- Fits 2-3 cars comfortably.

Ultraviolet (UV) germicidal light- long story short, our furnace has a hospital grade germ killer to keep us all safe!

No cleaning fee ever, we like to keep it simple

Bonus Points:
Our two sweet dogs might pop by outside to say hi (they are professional treat testers). We have an invisible fence that prevents them from coming into your area - so if you aren't dog friendly- no worries! If you are- they will gladly accept petting if you enter the flagged area.

Under 1 miles to everything Miami University and Uptown Oxford has to offer. Dining, shops, nightlife, coffee spots, and more. Walk, bike, or hit the nearby OATS trail for a morning stroll. Less than a mile to the Aquatic Center and under 8 miles to Hueston Woods State Park.
